Items purchased from Diamond Rock can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
During this period, you can try the product and examine it as you would if you were purchasing something in a physical store.
The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and must not be damaged in any way.
You are allowed to remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed.
When removing the item:
- You have 14* days to collect your order from the date of receipt. After this period, it will be automatically canceled and a refund will be issued.
- In store, present the email or SMS, a valid ID and the bank card used for the purchase.
- The store reserves the right to verify the payment card used to pay for the order.
No third party can collect the item on your behalf. The store may make copies of all of these documents to ensure your security and prevent any fraudulent use of your identity and/or payment methods.
